Prior to Viridian Biometals, Eric founded Element Energy (acquired), a startup company developing an innovative energy storage technology for grid-tied and renewable energy systems. Earlier, he worked with a venture capital fund focused on early stage, clean technology startup companies. He also worked for Al Gore to launch Current TV (acquired), a cable television network dedicated to viewer-contributed video. Eric also served in the Clinton Administration White House as the lead financial analyst for research and technology policy. He has a B.S. in electrical engineering from UCLA and a master’s degree in public and international affairs from Princeton University.
