Jake Russell is Co-Founder and CEO of deep tech startup Orpheus Ocean, which provides ultra-scalable access to deep sea data collection. He worked as Operating Partner at Propeller VC, and previously served as a Fellow at the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy (ARPA-E). He holds a PhD in materials chemistry from Columbia University.
