Key milestones included a successful ocean deployment of Eureka II in April, a live demo in Collingwood for stakeholders, the publication of the Eureka III Pilot Collector Plume Modeling Study, and a collaboration with the German Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR) to pilot test Eureka III in the Clarion Clipperton Zone (CCZ).
