Frank Fannon is the Managing Director of Fannon Global Advisors, a strategic consultancy focused on geopolitics, energy transition, and critical minerals. He previously served as the first U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources, where he led global initiatives to strengthen energy security and critical mineral supply chains.
Before his government role, Fannon held senior positions at BHP and Murphy Oil and earlier served as counsel to the U.S. Senate Environment & Public Works Committee. He is a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, CSIS, and a Visiting Fellow at Purdue’s Center for Tech Diplomacy. Additionally, Frank is on the advisory board of the Vandenberg Coalition.
