Reporting and Accountability

  • Incident Investigation: Employees are encouraged to report any instances of discrimination, harassment, or violations of this policy without fear of retaliation, as per the reporting and investigation process as described in the Workplace Violence & Harassment Procedure.
  • Reporting: Impossible Metals will report on diversity metrics and any relevant training annually in the Annual and ESG Report.
