Arm (NASDAQ:ARM) is a British semiconductor design company whose primary business is designing computer processors used in almost every type of computer chip.
Simon spent 31 years at Arm in many different roles. He joined Arm as an engineer in 1991 and ultimately became the CEO from 2013 to 2022. As CEO, he executed the acquisition of ARM by Softbank in 2016 for $32B. After the transaction closed, Simon joined the board of Softbank.
