We are pleased to welcome Amanda van Dyke to our Board of Advisors, bringing with her deep expertise at the intersection of investment, mining, and critical minerals. A senior investment professional, Amanda has a rare blend of private equity, public equity, and capital markets experience, with a particular focus on junior mining companies and critical mineral supply chains. Her career has been defined by sourcing and structuring investments across the full spectrum of mineral commodities, alongside a strong commitment to long-term, sustainable resource development.

Amanda is the founder of Women in Mining UK and the ARCH Sustainable Resources Fund, and she also established the Critical Minerals Hub. Through the Hub, she is dedicated to improving public and investor understanding of critical mineral supply chains and their essential role in modern life. The platform brings together end-to-end information on critical minerals in an accessible format, covering characteristics, end uses, market size, global reserves, mine production, processing and refining pathways, and the geographic distribution of supply—supported by a comprehensive resource library.

In January 2026, Amanda will publish The Mineral Imperative, a timely work arguing that minerals underpin every modern system—from energy and technology to defense and infrastructure—yet remain dangerously taken for granted. As demand accelerates and supply constraints tighten, the book calls for a fundamental reset in how governments, investors, and societies approach mining and material security. We are excited to have Amanda’s insight, leadership, and global perspective shaping our work as we navigate the challenges and opportunities of the critical minerals transition.
